With a wide range of antioxidant-containing ingredients, potent herbal extracts, and the premium cranberry extract, VitaCran®; this nourishing supplement is designed to support healthy kidneys.

VitaCran® is a high-quality whole-cranberry extract that provides A-type proanthocyanidins (A-PACs) and antioxidants for the support of the kidneys and urinary tract. Researchers have suggested A-PACs can help interfere with the adhesion of bacteria to urinary tract walls.

Traditional botanicals are present in Kidney Support, including Astragalus, Birch leaf, Buchu, Juniper Berry, and Stinging Nettle.

The Proprietary Blend in Kidney Support consists of 10 different ingredients that are known for their antioxidant potential. Antioxidants are important dietary components that fight damaging free radicals and oxidants.

VitaPost Lung Support is a dietary supplement that has become increasingly relevant in the world today. Featuring vitamin C, vitamin K (menaquinone), antioxidants, targeted botanicals, and a healthy serving of Cordyceps mushroom extract, Lung Support provides nutritional support for a healthy respiratory system.

Vitamin C is well-known for supporting the immune system, but it has specific benefits for the lungs too. Vitamin K supports healthy levels of Matrix Gla Protein, which in turn supports the elastin that’s so important for healthy, pliable lungs.

Quercetin, Citrus Bioflavonoids, and Pine Bark extract are all potent herbal compounds that support the body’s antioxidant potential. Feverfew, Butterbur, and Stinging Nettle are botanicals that are associated with support for the respiratory system in traditional practices, and science is following closely behind.

Covering four different approaches to the nourishment of a healthy immune system, Immune Complex provides vitamins, zinc, probiotics, and herbal extracts in a convenient, once-a-day serving. An immune system is a complicated machine, so Immune Complex offers many different kinds of support in one dietary supplement.

In addition to vital vitamins, zinc is included in Immune Support because it plays a crucial role in supporting a healthy immune system, from the skin to the cell level. Lactobacillus acidophilus is a key probiotic species that can help support gut health, which is very important to the absorption of nutrients. L-Glutamine is an amino acid used in large amounts by the immune system.

Immune Complex is made in the US within an FDA-registered facility that follows GMP guidelines. Ingredients in the formula are both domestic and imported.

This supplement provides 1500mg per serving of high-quality hydrolyzed collagen peptides to support healthy skin, bones, joints, and organs. Collagen Complex is a prime beauty and wellness offer.

Normal dietary collagen needs to be broken down into peptides (by digestive processes) before it can be absorbed in the gut, and this means the type of collagen you eat makes no difference to its nutritional value. The collagen peptides in Collagen Complex are already beneficially ‘broken down’ (hydrolyzed) and are readily available for the body to use.

Structurally, collagen is key to both the strength of bones and the suppleness of joints. Collagen also makes up a significant proportion of muscle mass and internal organs. Supplementing collagen peptides can support the body’s natural production of collagen throughout the body.

Level 2 – Moderate

If you wish to take a step further, you may consider IV therapy, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, cryotherapy, or extreme fasting.

IV Therapy

IV nutrient therapy (also known as IV therapy or intravenous therapy) is becoming more popular for its many health benefits. IV nutrient therapy is performed by injecting a mixture of potent vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients directly into the bloodstream. Although this method was originally designed to enhance drug treatments for cancer patients, it is commonly used today for a variety of purposes—including age management. Since everybody is different, IV therapy can be customized to include the right blend of nutrients, vitamins, and antioxidants to target an individual’s anti-aging priorities. It can help to boost energy, hydrate skin, prevent illness, enhance muscle recovery, improves eyesight, etc.

We are using anti-aging IV therapy on a regular basis. NAD treatment helps us feel better and more energetic, but it is not a miracle cure. NAD IV treatment is a complement to healthy aging practices because it helps bring out the full potential of lifestyle habits such as eating well, exercising regularly, and getting enough sleep, all of which contribute to longevity. We also include glutathione in our treatments. Moreover, an IV therapy specially formulated for beauty can improve the appearance of your skin as well as strengthen your hair and nails. It is worth trying!

Hyperbaric oxygen therapy

Hyperbaric oxygen therapy involves breathing pure oxygen in a pressurized environment. Typically it is used to speed up the healing of carbon monoxide poisoning, gangrene, wounds that won’t heal, and infections in which tissues are starved for oxygen. But a significant body of research, including MRIs, videos, imaging, and photos, show how it helps patients think faster and feel greater with less pain. This treatment stimulates the growth of collagen and new blood vessels, helps repair numerous minor insults that cause the brain to slow, decreases the expression of inflammatory genes, and stimulates healthy genes and stem cells to reproduce more rapidly.

Just 3 minutes of whole-body cryotherapy counteracts free radicals, boosts the immune system, slows cellular degeneration, and stimulates the production of collagen and elastin. It improves circulation, reduces signs of capillaries and varicose veins, fights the imperfections of cellulite, and makes skin more toned. Cold is known to turn on the physical and mental anti-aging switches. Cryotherapy helps to decrease the pain associated with various conditions and diminish the effects of diseases.

 Level 3 – Advanced

At this level, you must be totally dedicated to your longevity and target the most advanced treatments toward lifespan extension (regenerative medicine such as stem cell treatment, cartilage regeneration, platelet-rich plasma therapy, prolotherapy, etc.). Most of these methods are being used now and show even greater promise for the future.

Stem cell therapy

Stem cell therapy is a non-invasive treatment that aims to replace damaged cells within the body. Mesenchymal stem cell therapy can be deployed systemically via IV or injected locally to target specific sites, depending on patient needs. Stem cells are amazing tools of discovery for scientists at the Institute for Stem Cell and Regenerative Medicine and researchers around the world studying how to stop diseases.

Today, doctors routinely use stem cells that come from bone marrow or blood in transplant procedures to treat patients with cancer and disorders of the blood and immune system. Researchers hope stem cells will one day be effective in the treatment of many medical conditions and diseases. But unproven stem cell treatments can be unsafe—so get all of the facts if you’re considering any treatment.

Currently, the only stem cell-based treatment that is routinely reviewed and approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is hematopoietic (or blood) stem cell transplantation. It is used to treat patients with cancers and disorders that affect the blood and immune system. Stem cell-based therapies for all other conditions are still experimental.

Cartilage Regeneration Treatments

Cartilage has a poor capacity to repair itself. As a result, surgery may be necessary for individuals who present with joint (knee, ankle, hip, elbow) dysfunction associated with painful cartilage or chondral lesion. Successful cartilage repair surgery reduces pain and restores function. There are numerous cartilage repair treatment options available, and the suitability of each of these approaches depends on each patient’s unique clinical problem. Cartilage repair is most commonly used to treat isolated cartilage defects and is not performed to treat arthritis. However, cartilage repair surgery may help affected individuals delay or avoid a knee replacement. Cartilage repair may also be used to treat cartilage lesions of the ankle, elbow, shoulder, or hip.

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) recently approved a new product to repair damaged knee cartilage using cells from the patient’s own knee. The product is called Matrix Associated Chondrocyte Implantation (MACI). The Stanford researchers figured out how to regrow articular cartilage by first causing slight injury to the joint tissue, then using chemical signals to steer the growth of skeletal stem cells as the injuries heal.

Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) Therapy

In recent years, doctors have learned that the body has the ability to heal itself. Platelet-rich plasma therapy is a form of regenerative medicine that can harness those abilities and amplify the natural growth factors your body uses to heal tissue. Researchers are trying out PRP injections across a number of applications.

Plasma is the liquid portion of whole blood. It is composed largely of water and proteins, and it provides a medium for red blood cells, white blood cells, and platelets to circulate through the body. Platelets are a part of the blood that allows your body to clot. Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) is produced by spinning the blood in a centrifuge so that it separates.

Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) injections are gaining popularity for a variety of conditions, from sports injuries to anti-aging treatments. Injected just below the surface of the skin, PRP injections can help reverse the signs of aging in the skin, including eliminating or improving the appearance of wrinkles, fine lines, and sagging skin.

Prolotherapy, short for “Proliferative Therapy,” is an alternative therapy that may help repair body tissues. It’s also known as regenerative injection therapy or proliferation therapy. It is a procedure where a natural irritant is injected into the soft tissue of an injured joint. The prolotherapy mixture causes temporary inflammation in the treated areas stimulating increased blood flow and healing chemicals that promote healing and rejuvenation of the injured tissues.

This website is dedicated to all aspects of longevity with educational and inspirational purposes only. Understanding of the biological basis of aging is important since it gives us ideas on how to slow down and, possibly, even reverse the changes in our bodies leading to aging and illnesses.

We accumulate so-called positive traits of old age during our whole life, such as knowledge, experience, wisdom, empathy, and freedom. Too late! We are approaching our time to die. However, it doesn’t need to be this way.

If you have an opportunity to live active life longer without pain, disease, or cognitive decline, would you? Imagine a possibility to enjoy and watch your family growing beyond grandchildren, travel the world, realize your skills and experience in something you always wanted to do down to perfection. Sounds not bad, does it?

Well, according to science, it is quite possible!

Where do you stand on your longevity?

Definitely, when it comes to our body and mind, everyone has a right to a personal choice on how to maintain health, treat the problems, or take steps for further improvement. We defined three different levels for longevity approaches depending on your condition (perfectly healthy or have pre-existing conditions), your goal (maintain or improve your health), and the complexity of life extension methods (easy, moderate, or advanced).

Level 1 – Simple

You can choose to maintain or improve your health by easy and cheap methods such as healthy eating, herb therapy, or general supplement arrangements (vitamins, minerals, etc.). You can find information on these methods in our “What Can You Do” Category or go to the “Anti-aging methods and techniques” page.

Level 2 – Moderate

If you wish to take a step further, you may consider IV therapy, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, or extreme fasting. You can find information on these methods in our “What Can You Do” Category or go to the “Anti-aging methods and techniques” page. The cutting-edge achievements can be found on the “News & information” page.

“News & information” page.
